Jim Dailey is currently the principal in charge of the Construction Management Services for Aldrich Kilbride & Tatone LLC in Salem, Ore. Prior to joining AKT, Dailey worked for 13 years in private industry as controller, vice president of finance, general manager and project manager for two construction companies.
AKT serves more than 150 contractor clients with annual fees in excess of $2.5 million. Dailey typically works with commercial contractors, including general building contractors, general engineering/excavation contractors, specialty contractors, architectural and engineering firms and various subcontractor trades. He provides financial statements, income tax planning and taxation, operational reviews, general business planning, financing and job-costing design and implementation.
Dailey is an active member in Associated General Contractors, the Construction Financial Management Association, Associated Builders and Contractors and the National Utility Contractors Association. He is a frequent speaker and instructor for CFMA’s Basics and Beyond, the construction accounting seminar series.
